Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle Upon Tyne

We have recently completed works at Royal Victoria Infirmary in the centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne installing Silent Gliss Cubicle Track during a large refurbishment project throughout multiple wards. Our team also manufactured and installed Vertical Blinds with sewn in weights too.

Sewn in weights has become an increasingly popular specification within hospitals as they are more cost effective long term. Over time, weights and stabilising chain can become worn and break from strong direct sunlight, meaning that replacements are required. Our manufacturing team stitching weights into the individual slats not only eliminates this from happening, but also from requiring any stabilising chain at all.
